Conversation

A sixty minute call. No NDA and no deck. We listen first: what you built, what you need, and what a good outcome looks like for you and your team.

Week 1

Indicative offer

If there is a fit, you receive a written offer within ten days. One page, plain language, and a real number. We do not fish for information.

Week 2
03

Confirmatory diligence

Four to six weeks. Our team carries the load and keeps the process off your desk, away from your customers and staff.

Weeks 3 to 8
04

Closing

We close on the terms we offered. No retrades, and no new schedule of demands in the final week.

Week 9
05

Stewardship

We operate alongside your team. Capital, governance and network are available whenever they help. We do not parachute in a new chief executive.
